The Rs 200 of camera fees for Lake Palace was too high, indeed it was not exceptional beautiful inside the palace / museum, but worth for a visit. The "village of arts", Shilpgram is a good idea of government to promote the cultures of Rajasthan, Gujarat etc. A few entertaining brief performances (traditional dancing and music playing) were held on each visit of tourists, they did expect small tips after the show, really interesting. Tour guides are available in the village (asked for Rs 50, but requested more end of the tour), they are informative. The Bagore-ki-Haveli, OK but not much excitement. The roof top gives a good and the closest view to the lake. There are many “German Bakeries” in Udaipur, quality is good.
